To configure this option, using the left menu navigate to Admin Settings-&gt; Company Setup / Profile-&gt; Default Client Profile-&gt; Invoicing TAB. As mentioned before, you can set this on a per client basis using a “Custom Profile”. If for example you don’t wish to include a “Payment Stub” for all clients but only wish to include it for client “Acme Inc”, you would simply select “No” to the question ‘Include “Payment Stub” on bottom of invoices?’ in the company profile. Next, you would create a “Custom Profile” for client “Acme” and under the same question in the “Custom Profile”, you would select “Yes” to include the payment stub on the bottom of the invoices. Similarly, you would take the same steps on selecting whether or not you wish to include a PDF attachment of the invoice when invoices are sent. BILLWAZE also gives you the flexibility to make these decisions on-the-fly as you see fit when manually sending invoices.
