An instant invoice is an on-demand invoice not bound to any schedule. Simply create it and send it when you like. Use instant invoice to bill a client instantly. ## ****Select Client Bar****

Select the name of the client from the drop down. If this is a new client you wish to bill instantly, Select****+Add New**** from the drop down and follow the instructions.

Once you select a client, the instant invoice will appear on your screen. Locate the correct table corresponding to the item you wish to bill and/or add and click****Add.****

## ****Hourly Charges table:****

Use the hourly charges table to enter the hours you performed service(s) for your client. Enter as many rows as necessary. EZB360 will automatically calculate taxes and total based on your entries.
