Therefor, each client that is added to your BILLWAZE subscription will inherit the ‘billing date’ as set in “company profile”. However, BILLWAZE subscriber/company can change the billing date at anytime via the ‘company profile’ or alternatively by assigning a “custom” profile to a client. Once a custom profile is assigned, BILLWAZE subscriber/company may change individual “billing dates” on a per client basis. Clients with ‘custom profiles’ will bill on the ‘billing date’ assigned to them, while remaining clients with no custom profile will bill on the date as originally setup in the company profile. This is the default behavior.
